About the Role

We are seeking aSenior Visual/UI Designer to craft user-centric and visually engaging digital experiences. You will play a key role indesigning interfaces for web and mobile applications, ensuring usability, accessibility, and brand consistency.

Your Responsibilities

• User Interface Design – Develop intuitive and aesthetically appealinginterfaces for websites and applications.
• Graphic & Visual Design – Create icons, illustrations, and other UI assets, ensuring brand consistency.
• Responsive & Adaptive Design – Design layouts that work seamlessly acrossvarious screen sizes and devices.
• Wireframing & Prototyping – Buildlow-fidelity wireframes andinteractive prototypes to test design concepts.
• UX Collaboration – Work closely with UX researchers tounderstand user needs and improve user experiences.
• Style Guides & Design Systems – Maintaindesign systems to ensure consistency across platforms.
• Usability & Accessibility – Conductusability testing and implementaccessible design principles.
• Iterative Design – Continuously refine and evolve designs based on user feedback and testing.

What We Are Looking For

• 5+ years of experience as aVisual/UI/Web Designer.
• Degree or Diploma inDesign, HCI, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Astrong portfolio showcasingvisually appealing anduser-friendly UI designs.
• Proficiency inAdobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketch, Figma, or other industry-standard tools.
• Solid understanding oflayout, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
• Experience working incross-functional teams, collaborating with developers and UX researchers.
• Knowledge ofweb and mobile technologies and their impact on design feasibility.
• Ability to stay updated ondesign trends, tools, and emerging technologies.

Bonus Skills

• Experience withfront-end development (HTML, CSS, SCSS, JavaScript, Responsive Web Design).
