Overview:
This HR Administratorplays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of HumanResources and administrative functions. You will be the bridge between HR, finance, and the broader team, helping tomaintain a productive and efficient workplace.Â

Roles and Responsibilities:Â
- Provide high-level administrative support to the team, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, scheduling companyevents and making travel arrangements.Â
- Prepare andeditcorporate
correspondenceÂ
- Maintain confidential files and records, ensuring proper organization and easy retrieval.Â
- Maintain recordsin accordance with the company’srecords retention policy.Â
- Conduct research, gather information, and prepare reports asrequired.Â
- Coordinate and prioritize incoming requests and handle them efficiently.Â
- Manage andmaintain office supplies, equipment, and facilities.Â
- Handle special projects and assignments as directed by the executive team.Â
- Demonstrate professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality in all interactions.Â
- Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including posting job openings, reviewing resumes,reformatting resumes,conductinginitial screenings, and coordinating interviews.Â
- Support the onboarding process for new employees, including preparing offer letters, conducting orientations, andensuring completion of necessary paperwork.Â
- Track full on-boarding process, background screening, on-boarding packets and project related documents, on-boarding team checklist (must be completed 7 days prior to start date).Â
- Manage off boarding of allemployee and coordinate shipping of equipment.Â
- Maintain employee records and HRdatabases(BambooHR,Voya, Employee
Navigator,C2C), ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.Â
- Assist in the administration of employee benefits programs andhandle employee inquiries related to benefits.Â
- Help coordinate andfacilitate employee training and development programs.Â
- Assist with performance management processes, including tracking performance reviews, setting up meetings, and preparing related documentation.Â
- Support employee relations activities, including managing employee recognition programs,gifts and organizing employee engagement initiatives.Â
- Stay updated with HR policies, procedures, and employment laws to ensure compliance.Â
- Collaborate with the HR team on various projects and initiatives.Â

- Timely andaccurate executive support:Â
- Complete all calendar management and meeting scheduling tasks within specified timelines.Â
- Prepare and editcorrespondence and documents accurately with minimal errors.Â
- Conduct efficient travel arrangements, considering cost-effectiveness and executive preferences.Â
- Confidential files and recordsorganized and easily accessible.Â
- Efficient HR support:Â
- Post job openings promptly, andcompletecandidate screenings within specifiedtimeframes.Â
- EnsureEmployee onboarding process conducted smoothly, ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed accurately and on time.Â
- Employee records and HR databasesmaintained accurately and up to date, keep team updated (ie: new hire alerts and updates)Â
- Address benefits inquiries and employee queries promptly and professionally.Â
- Support training programs and performance management processes effectively.Â
- Professionalism and collaboration:Â
- Professional and courteous communication withall clients and team members.Â
- Adherence to confidentiality and data privacy requirements.Â
- Active participation in HR team projects and initiatives.Â
- Proactive identification of areas for improvement and suggesting actionable solutions.Â
