Workstation Support Analyst (Onsite)

We're looking for aWorkstation Support Analyst for anonsite role inColumbia, SC.

Work Authorization: U.S. citizens and Green Card holders only. Sponsorship is not available for this role; no C2C or third-party candidates. Candidates must be able to work on our W2.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Ability to obtain a low-level U.S. security clearance, which requires a thorough background screening and U.S. citizenship
• 2 years of technical operations support experience
• Proficiency with Microsoft Teams, Office, and Windows

Key Responsibilities:

• Install software
• Troubleshoot applications
• Rebuild workstations

Education/Certifications:

• Associate Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or other job-related field
• Or 2 years of job-related work experience
• CompTIA A+ Certification

Ideal Candidate:

The ideal candidate will have at least two years of experience in technical operations support and be proficient in using Microsoft Teams, Office, and Windows. They should be capable of obtaining a low-level U.S. security clearance, requiring U.S. citizenship and a thorough background screening. An Associate Degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience is necessary.

The hourly rate for this position is $27.18.
