DPPis seeking aWorkstation Support Analystfor an opportunity with our client in the healthcare insurance industry.

Work Location:Onsite in Columbia, SC
Duration:12 months
Terms:W2 Contract
Work Authorization:US Citizen; must be able to obtain/maintain a low-level (Public Trust) clearance

Responsibilities:

This position covers everything from software installation to troubleshooting applications to rebuilding workstations.

Required Education:

Associate Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or other job-related field;
OR 2 years of job-related work experience.

Required Work Experience:

2 years of technical operations support experience.

Required Technologies:

Teams, Office, & Windows

Required Licenses and Certificates:

A+ Certification.
CompTIA A+ or higher is preferred but not required.

Soft Skills:

Troubleshooting skills.
Customer service and communication are the biggest skills needed in this role since we directly work with keeping users productive.
