Job Summary
TheInternational Headquarters (IHQ) – Workplace Experience Programme Manager is responsible for leading and delivering the workplace experience strategy and day-to-day facilities operations for the International Headquarters site. Reporting to theDirector of Workplace Experience EMEA & APAC, this predominantly site-based role combines operational facilities management, employee and visitor experience, vendor management, financial oversight, and event delivery. The successful candidate will ensure a safe, efficient, and engaging workplace environment while collaborating closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to continuously enhance the employee and guest experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Own and manage theworkplace experience programme and day-to-day facilities operations at the International Headquarters.
- Overseefacilities management operations, including an understanding of critical systems such asHVAC, Critical Environments, Life Safety, Mechanical & Electrical systems, and client systems.
- LeadHealth & Safety management, including site walks, fire alarm testing, statutory compliance, and participation in emergency response activities and out-of-hours escalations when required.
- Manageoperational and capital budgets, including hard and soft services, events, snack programmes, and capital expenditure initiatives.
- Develop and maintain strongvendor relationships, ensuring service delivery through effective management ofSLAs, SOPs, KPIs, and quality reporting.
- Collaborate with landlords, facilities management providers, subcontractors, and food and beverage partners to ensure seamless site operations.
- Partner with internal business units to support and deliveron-site events, executive briefings, and employee engagement activities.
- Manage site communications related to events and workplace updates acrossSharePoint, TV screens, intranet platforms, and other communication channels.
- Oversee thefront-of-house workplace experience, including brand management, visitor experience, reception coverage, and training of support teams.
- Lead and supportsmall works, refresh initiatives, and capital projects in partnership with external vendors.
- Participate actively inIHQ leadership meetings, site all-hands meetings, and cross-functional initiatives.
- Delivernew hire inductions and orientation programmes on a regular basis.
- Engage with employees and leadership teams to address queries, provide updates, and support workplace initiatives.
- Monitor and manageServiceNow tickets to ensure timely resolution of site-related requests and issues.
- Support theIHQ Green Team in driving sustainability initiatives and events.
- Managecontracts, purchase orders, and invoicing processes to support operational requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience inWorkplace Experience,Facilities Management, orCorporate Real Estate within a complex corporate environment.
- Strong understanding offacilities operations and critical building systems, including HVAC, life safety, and mechanical and electrical systems.
- Experience managingHealth & Safety programmes and ensuring compliance with statutory regulations.
- Demonstrated experience invendor management, including performance management against SLAs and KPIs.
- Strongfinancial management experience, including budget ownership, invoicing, purchase orders, and capital expenditure management.
- Experience deliveringemployee engagement initiatives, events, and workplace programmes.
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills with the ability to collaborate across multiple business functions.
- Experience managingfront-of-house operations and creating exceptional employee and visitor experiences.
- Excellent organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with workplace technologies and systems, includingServiceNow,SharePoint, and Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to work predominantly on-site with occasional international travel.
