Title: Workplace Experience Coordinator
Pay Rate: $20 -23/HR
Hours: 8-5 M-F
Location: 225 Liberty Street, New York
Duration: 8 Months

About the role:
This role is responsible for the cleanliness, organization, and overall efficiency of a site's on-site pantry, and ensures it is stocked, and well-organized to provide a comfortable and enjoyable break space for our clients.

esponsibilities:
● Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the pantry/market/back stock areas
● Stock and rotate pantry inventory, ensuring all items are fresh and within expiration dates
● Maintain full knowledge of menu and assortment
● Order and receive pantry supplies
● Monitor inventory levels and notify management when supplies are running low
● Set up and replenish self-serve food and beverage stations
● Keep all equipment clean and in good working order.
● Monitor the pantry area to ensure that all food safety and sanitation guidelines are followed
● Provide exceptional customer service to employees and guests
● Assist with special events or catering requests
● Performs other duties as assigned

Must-Have Skills:
o Prior F&B experience
o High School Diploma or GED
o Strong customer service mindset and professional presence
o Must be able to lift up to 50lbs
o Must be able to stand, kneel, bend, and walk for extended periods of time
o Participate in food preparation and cleaning duties, maintaining compliance with health and safety regulations, including the use of cleaning chemicals, and equipment
o Perform repetitive tasks requiring frequent lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling objects up to 25 lbs.

Must-Have Skills

- Warm, welcoming, and friendly demeanor when interacting with visitors
- Strong customer service mindset and professional presence

Education: High School Diploma or GED
