Definition working student

Working students (d/f/m) are students who are enrolled at a University or some other institution of higher education, and who are employed in a reasonably long, fixed-term position parallel to their studies. This position must not be confused with an internship or with the possibility of writing a final thesis.

This employment usually takes place directly on the company's premises. A working student's main focus remains on their studies, which is why, during term-time, working students are not allowed to work more than 20 hours per week.

Working students therefore usually work near their place of study, so as to conveniently combine studying and employment.

Your tasks and responsibilities

• You will take an active role in all communication activities (intranet presence, creation and publication of articles, creation of video statements, etc.).
• You will also take an active role in the planning of our Quality events (All Hands, Airbus Quality Day, Leadership Summits, etc.), by being responsible for several work packages.
• You will be responsible for researching relevant topics and to write and edit texts for various media (e.g. intranet (HUB), internet, social media, speeches, newsletters, etc.).
• You will collaborate on change management tools to contribute to better adaptation to future changes.
• You will maintain the content and structure of our internal Quality HUB Community and develop it further in coordination with the team.
• General administrative and organisational tasks.

 Desired skills and qualifications

• Enrolled full-time student (d/f/m) in the area of media, communication, journalism, marketing, STEM or an equivalent field of study.
• First practical experiences in the fields of communication ideally with G-Suite and MS Office products or project management skills (optional).
• Coding skills and experience in a manufacturing environment (optional).
• You have editorial skills and abilities, you are stylistically competent in expressing yourself in the areas of internal, external and digital communication.
• You have a responsible and independent way of working and a customer centric mind-set.
• Fluent in English is mandatory, additional languages such as German, French or Spanish would be a plus.

 Deine Aufgaben und Verantwortlichkeiten

• Du übernimmst eine aktive Rolle bei allen Kommunikationsaktivitäten (Intranet-Präsenz, Erstellung und Veröffentlichung von Artikeln, Erstellung von Videostatements etc.).
• Du beteiligst dich aktiv an der Planung unserer Quality-Events (All Hands, Airbus Quality Day, Leadership Summits etc.) und übernimmst dabei die Verantwortung für verschiedene Arbeitspakete.
• Du recherchierst eigenverantwortlich relevante Themen und verfasst sowie editierst Texte für unterschiedliche Medien (z. B. Intranet (HUB), Internet, Social Media, Reden, Newsletter etc.).
• Du arbeitest an Change-Management-Tools mit, um eine bessere Anpassung an zukünftige Veränderungen zu unterstützen.
• Du pflegst die Inhalte und die Struktur unserer internenQuality HUB Community und entwickelst diese in Abstimmung mit dem Team weiter.
• Allgemeine administrative und organisatorische Aufgaben.

 Erforderliche Kenntnisse und Qualifikationen

• Eingeschriebener Vollzeitstudent (d/m/w) im Bereich Medien, Kommunikation, Journalismus, Marketing oder Technik (MINT) oder einer vergleichbaren Studienrichtung.
• Erste praktische Erfahrungen im Bereich Kommunikation, idealerweise mit G-Suite- und MS Office-Produkten oder Projektmanagement-Kenntnissen (optional). 
• Programmierkenntnisse und Erfahrung in einem Fertigungs- bzw. Produktionsumfeld (optional). 
• Sie verfügen über redaktionelle Fähigkeiten und Fertigkeiten sowie Stil- und Ausdruckssicherheit in den Bereichen interne, externe und digitale Kommunikation. 
• Sie zeichnen sich durch eine verantwortungsbewusste und selbstständige Arbeitsweise sowie eine kundenorientierte Denkweise aus. 
• Fließendes Englisch ist Pflicht, weitere Sprachen wie Deutsch, Französisch oder Spanisch sind von Vorteil.
