Location: San Jose, CA (Hybrid)
Pay Range: $30-$35/hr. on W2
Job Summary:
Support Workforce & Labor Risk Management by conducting risk assessments, validating compliance requirements, analyzing workforce and supplier data, and identifying and resolving data-quality or process issues. The role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage compliance, documentation, remediation, and reporting activities in a fast-paced enterprise environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review supplier questionnaires, contracts, engagement details, and supporting documentation for workforce and labor risk assessments.
- Validate compliance requirements and identify missing, inconsistent, or high-risk information.
- Perform data validation, cleanup, reconciliation, and remediation across workforce, supplier, contract, and risk-management systems.
- Investigate data discrepancies, migration issues, and recurring data-quality problems, including root-cause analysis.
- Create and maintain SOPs, process maps, job aids, knowledge articles, and training materials.
- Track reviews, remediation activities, and audit documentation.
- Support reporting, audits, process improvements, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Escalate high-risk, exception, or non-compliant scenarios to the appropriate stakeholders.
- Strong analytical, investigative, and problem-solving skills.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency, including data analysis, validation, reconciliation, and remediation.
- Excellent attention to detail, organization, and documentation skills.
- Strong written communication skills with the ability to translate complex processes into clear instructions.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience working with data-quality issues, compliance processes, risk assessments, or enterprise workflow systems.
- Preferred experience inCompliance, Risk Management, Procurement, Supplier Operations, Contingent Workforce Management, Workforce/Labor Risk, or Enterprise Operations.
- Experience supporting supplier/vendor management, workforce programs, audits, or risk-management processes is highly desirable.
