About the Role
Client is seeking a Workday Time & Absence Consultant tosupport the design, configuration, and optimization of our Time Tracking and Absence solutions for M&A companies. This role partners closely with internal HR, Payroll, and People Technology stakeholders to ensure ourWorkday configuration reflects Client's evolving policies and scales with the business.
 
What You'll Do

• Support implementation, of new plans worldwide projects for Workday Absence and Time Tracking
• Partner with HR and Payroll teams to gather requirements and translate them into system configuration
• Configure time off/absence plans, accrual rules, time tracking rules and validations, work schedules/calendars, time entry, approvals, and exceptions
• Support testing, UAT, and go-live readiness for configuration changes
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Absence and Time Tracking configuration
• Provideguidance on Workday releases and new feature adoption
• Supportreporting and audit needs tied to Time & Absence

• 3–5 years of hands-on Workday Absence and Time Tracking experience
• Workday certification in Absence and/or Time Tracking preferred
• Strong understanding ofglobal time tracking rules and leave/absence policy design
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally with HR, Payroll, and IT partners
• Experience with complex accrual rules and time tracking integrations (payroll, scheduling) and scheduling is a plus
