Job Description
We are looking for a Senior Workday Security Lead with strong experience supporting enterprise Workday environments. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and enhancing Workday security, resolving complex security issues, and implementing secure access solutions across Workday HCM and Financials.
Responsibilities:
- Configure, maintain, and optimize Workday security.
- Manage security groups, domain security policies, and business process security.
- Investigate and resolve complex security and access-related issues.
- Collaborate with business and technical teams to gather requirements and deliver effective security solutions.
- Perform security analysis, identify root causes, and implement long-term improvements.
- Support system enhancements, testing, and security-related deployments.
- Maintain documentation and follow security best practices.
- Ensure appropriate user access and compliance with organizational security standards.
- 7+ years of Workday Security experience.
- Strong expertise in Workday HCM Security.
- Experience with Workday Financials Security.
- Hands-on experience with Security Groups, Domain Security Policies, and Business Process Security.
- Experience configuring and troubleshooting Workday security.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Experience supporting large enterprise Workday environments.
- Knowledge of security governance and audit processes.
- Workday certification is a plus.
