Workday Functional QA / Testing

Life Science Domain Experience 

• Design, develop, and execute test cases for Workday modules (HCM, Payroll, Finance, Integrations).

• Perform functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing across Workday environments.

• Validate business processes, workflows, reports, and security roles within Workday.

• Test inbound and outbound integrations (EIB, Studio, APIs) for data accuracy and consistency.

• Collaborate with functional consultants and business stakeholders to understand requirements.

• Identify, log, track, and retest defects using defect management tools.

• Prepare test plans, test scenarios, and test summary reports.

• Support Workday releases and conduct impact analysis for new updates.

• Ensure data validation between Workday and third-party systems.
