Workday Payroll, Absence & Time Tracking Functional Consultant

Location: Remote in Poland
Experience: 6+ years Workday experience, including 3+ years in Payroll, Absence, and/or Time Tracking

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver Workday Payroll, Absence, and Time Tracking implementations and AMS support.
• Lead requirements gathering, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live activities.
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing best-practice recommendations and solutions.
• Manage project deliverables, timelines, risks, and stakeholder expectations.
• Support and mentor team members while contributing to delivery excellence.

Required Skills:

• Workday certification (current or previous) in one or more modules.
• Strong hands-on experience with Workday Payroll, Absence, and/or Time Tracking.
• Experience across full Workday project lifecycle.
• Excellent communication, consulting, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.

Preferred:

• Workday Payroll certification.
• Experience with Oracle HCM, PeopleSoft, or other HRMS platforms.
• Consulting or AMS support experience.
