Job Title: Workday Integration Developer

Role Overview

We are seeking an experiencedWorkday Integration Developer to design, build, and maintain integrations betweenWorkday and external enterprise systems. The ideal candidate will have strong experience withWorkday integration technologies such as Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, and Workday APIs and will collaborate closely with HR, Finance, and IT teams to ensure seamless data exchange across systems.

This role requires a developer who understandsWorkday architecture, data structures, and enterprise integration patterns while ensuring secure, scalable, and reliable integrations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, test, and deployWorkday integrations with internal and third-party systems.
  • Build integrations usingWorkday Studio, Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB), Core Connectors, and Workday Web Services.
  • Develop and maintaininbound and outbound integrations using REST/SOAP APIs.
  • Work with HRIS, Payroll, Benefits, and Finance teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • ConfigureWorkday integration security and authentication protocols.
  • Troubleshoot and resolveintegration issues, data errors, and system performance problems.
  • SupportWorkday releases and upgrades, ensuring integrations remain compatible.
  • Create and maintainintegration documentation and technical specifications.
  • Collaborate with architects and system administrators to ensureintegration scalability, security, and compliance.
  • Participate inintegration testing, UAT support, and production deployments.

Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in Workday development or Workday integrations.
  • Strong experience withWorkday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, and Workday Web Services.
  • Experience developing integrations usingREST/SOAP APIs and XML/XSLT transformations.
  • Strong knowledge ofWorkday HCM, Payroll, or Financial modules.
  • Experience working withmiddleware or integration platforms.
  • Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills for integration issues.
  • Ability to work withcross-functional teams including HRIS, Finance, and IT.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Workday Integration Certification.
  • Experience withmiddleware tools such as MuleSoft, Boomi, or Dell Boomi.
  • Knowledge ofdata transformation tools and scripting languages (Java, Groovy, or Python).
  • Experience working inAgile environments.
  • Experience integrating Workday withHR, payroll, benefits, or financial systems.
