Position Summary

This role requires a strong hands-on practitioner who can independently own and deliver end-to-end integration solutions.

Required Experience

• 5–6+ years of hands-on Workday Integration experience

• Proven track record of delivering end-to-end Workday integration projects

Mandatory Skills

• Workday Studio

• EIB (Enterprise Interface Builder)

• Core Connectors (HCM, Financials, Payroll, etc.)

• Workday Web Services (SOAP/REST APIs)

• XML, XSLT, and JSON

• Good understanding of Workday HCM, Finance, and Payroll modules

• Ability to translate business requirements into technical integration designs

Preferred Skills

• Experience with middleware/integration platforms such as MuleSoft, Boomi, or similar integration technologies

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field

Responsibilities

• Own and drive Workday integration design, build, and deployment

• Develop and maintain integrations using Studio, EIB, and Core Connectors

• Collaborate with onsite teams, business stakeholders, and third-party vendors

• Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues proactively

• Ensure high-quality delivery with minimal supervision

• Ability to take full ownership of deliverables

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

• Comfortable working in a global delivery model (onsite-offshore coordination)

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
