Workday Financials-Support Consultant

Required Experience and Skills
- 5+ years of experience in Workday Financials Technical Support.
- Experience with Workday implementations and major upgrades involving multiple modules, including Workday General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Management, and Billing.
- Expert knowledge of most of the following areas: Workday Integration, Workday Studio, and Prism. Knowledge of Accounting Centre is an added advantage.
- In-depth knowledge of scripting tools such as Shell scripting.
- Working knowledge of MariaDB databases and Linux operating systems.
- Hands-on technical or implementation experience in at least three of the following Workday Financials modules:
- General Ledger (GL)
- Accounts Receivable (AR) / Billing (BI)
- Accounts Payable (AP)
- Asset Management (AM)
- Ability to estimate effort, assess issues effectively, and resolve user problems in a timely manner.
- Ability to multitask, provide regular status updates to leads and stakeholders, and meet project deadlines.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical and non-technical information clearly and effectively.
