As a Workday Finance Senior Associate you will help clients optimize finance processes within our Digital Core Modernisation practice, focusing on Workday consulting services across finance applications. As a Senior Associate you will analyze complex client needs, manage assigned workstreams, and contribute to software implementation, training, and support efforts while building client relationships and developing your technical skills. In this role at PwC, you will help organizations use Workday to improve operational efficiency, support business objectives, and navigate a range of finance technology challenges.

Responsibilities

- Analyzing client finance processes and translating Workday Finance requirements into practical solution options
- Supporting Workday Finance implementation and optimization activities across business application workstreams
- Interpreting complex business needs and converting them into clear system configuration and testing activities
- Collaborating with client teams to gather requirements, document process flows, and track open items
- Preparing training materials and delivering system walkthroughs to support user adoption
- Performing functional testing, issue triage, and defect resolution across finance application modules
- Reviewing work products from junior team members and providing guidance on task execution and deliverable quality
- Applying knowledge of finance operations, enterprise applications, and integration concepts to solve client challenges

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 3 years of experience of Workday product experience
- Current pursuit of or an a Workday Pro certification
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

- Preference for a Master's or Masters of Business Administration degree in at least one of the following fields of study: Accounting, Business Administration/Management, Computer Science/Information Systems, Finance, Human Resources/Industrial Relations, Organizational Management/Behavior
- Demonstrating Workday Finance implementation support in client settings
- Analyzing complex Finance ERP processes and data flows
- Interpreting stakeholder needs across diverse client perspectives
- Applying critical thinking to Workday configuration and testing
- Mentoring junior team members through changing project demands
