We are looking for aWorkday Developer / Workday Integration Consultant with 5+ years of experience in Workday HCM and integrations. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Workday reporting, security, business processes, integrations, and Workday Extend development.

• Strong knowledge ofWorkday HCM

• Expertise inWorkday Security

• Experience withBusiness Process Configuration

• Strong understanding ofCalculated Fields

• Hands-on experience inAdvanced Reporting

• Experience withWorkday Extend

• Knowledge ofPrism Analytics (Preferred)

• Design and development ofInbound & Outbound Integrations

• Experience with EIB, Core Connectors, Studio, and Web Services

• Understanding ofSSO, OAuth, SAML, and Identity & Access Management

• Exposure to Middleware platforms such asMuleSoft, Dell Boomi, or Informatica is an added advantage

4. Responsibilities

• Develop and support Workday integrations and custom solutions.

• Configure and maintain Workday security and business processes.

• Create advanced reports, calculated fields, and dashboards.

• Develop applications using Workday Extend.

• Design and implement inbound and outbound integrations.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions.

• Troubleshoot and resolve integration and reporting issues.

• Ensure compliance with security and identity management standards.
