Our client is seeking aWorkday Benefits Consultant to support a critical Workday HCM team during a short-term engagement. This role will serve as the functional subject matter expert forWorkday Benefits, partnering with HR, business stakeholders, and internal Workday teams to support benefits administration, system configuration, troubleshooting, and ongoing enhancements. The ideal candidate will bring strong hands-on Workday Benefits experience, excellent stakeholder management skills, and the ability to deliver effective solutions within a fast-paced HCM environment.
What's the Job?
- Provide functional expertise and day-to-day support for Workday Benefits administration, configuration, and optimization.
- Analyze, troubleshoot, test, and resolve Workday Benefits issues while ensuring system functionality aligns with business requirements.
- Partner with HR, business stakeholders, and Workday teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and implement enhancements.
- Support Benefits-related projects, system upgrades, testing, deployments, documentation, and knowledge transfer activities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support Workday HCM business processes, reporting, security, and operational improvements.
What's Needed?
- Strong hands-on experience configuring and supportingWorkday Benefits within a Workday HCM environment.
- Proven ability to analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve functional Workday issues while delivering practical business solutions.
- Experience withWorkday HCM, including business processes, reporting, and stakeholder support.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to work across HR and business teams.
- Preferred experience withWorkday Security, Performance Management, Workday Help/Case Management, Integrations, and other Workday functional modules.
