Pay Rate: $48 - $53 per hour on W2/C2C

Job Description

We are seeking an experiencedWorkato Support Engineer with strong hands-on experience inWorkato and Salesforce. The ideal candidate will have expertise in integration platforms, APIs, application authentication, and troubleshooting enterprise integrations.

The candidate should be comfortable supporting and troubleshooting integrations across platforms such asWorkato, Azure Service Bus, Zapier, MuleSoft, SnapLogic, and Jitterbit.

Must-Have Skills

• Workato certification — Mandatory

• 3+ years of hands-onWorkato experience.

• StrongSalesforce experience.

• REST APIs.

• JSON and XML.

• HTTP methods.

• Webhooks.

• Application authentication methods.

• MS SQL Server.

• MySQL.

• Integration troubleshooting and support.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support forWorkato integrations and workflows.

• Troubleshoot integration failures, API issues, authentication problems, and data-flow errors.

• Develop and maintain integrations between Workato, Salesforce, databases, and enterprise applications.

• Work withREST APIs, JSON, XML, HTTP methods, and Webhooks.

• Configure and troubleshoot application authentication mechanisms.

• Support database integrations involvingMS SQL Server and MySQL.

• Analyze integration logs and identify root causes of production issues.

• Collaborate with application, development, and business teams to resolve integration issues.

• Support and maintain enterprise integration workflows and ensure reliable data exchange.

• Work with integration technologies such asAzure Service Bus, Zapier, MuleSoft, SnapLogic, and Jitterbit as required.

Required Qualifications

• 5–6 years of overall technical experience.

• 3+ years of Workato experience.

• ValidWorkato certification is mandatory.

• Strong Salesforce integration experience.

• Hands-on experience with APIs, webhooks, JSON/XML, and authentication.

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work100% onsite in Dallas, TX.
