Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular updates and maintenance tasks to ensure website security and functionality.

2. Technical Expertise and Problem Solving

Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to WordPress websites, including bugs, performance issues, and security vulnerabilities.

• Stay updated with the latest WordPress updates, best practices, and emerging technologies.

• Ensure all websites are compatible with various browsers and devices.

Performance Metrics:

• Average time to resolve technical issues.

• Frequency of recurring issues or bugs.

• Quality and relevance of solutions provided.

3. Collaboration and Communication

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with designers, SEO specialists, and project managers to ensure seamless integration of design and functionality.
