Job Summary

The Women's Health Receptionist is the first contact for patients and visitors, and must represent the Health Center in the most courteous, compassionate, professional manner and provide quality reception and customer service. Will also use a software (an electronic system) that incorporates practice management functionality i.e., manage patient information, medical records, and other clinician data as well as a phone system.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma (preferred).
• Excellent interpersonal skills and customer service skills.
• Ability to manage heavy phone/patient traffic while maintaining a courteous and professional demeanor.
• Ability to perform in stressful situations and high-volume environment.
• Ability to use software systems to complete tasks.
• Highly computer literate (Microsoft, etc.)
