Job Description

1. 管理與監督生產團隊： - 負責SMT生產工程團隊的日常管理，包括考勤管理與績效初核。 - 執行團隊日常工作培訓和安排，提高工作品質和產出。2. 制定工作計畫與協調任務： - 為團隊制定工作計畫，並與其他團隊協調工作任務，以確保目標能順利達成。 - 參照政策和流程規範，協助團隊成員解決日常技術/操作或流程問題。3. 技術支援與問題解決： - 提供技術支援，解決生產過程中的技術問題。 - 根據慣例、既有的先例或程序，為非典型(非例行/非常態)或偶發情況下的問題提供可能的解決方案。4. 生產流程優化： - 分析生產流程，提出改進建議以提高效率和品質。5. 跨部門合作： - 與研發、品質保證、供應鏈等部門合作，確保生產計畫的順利執行。 - 參與新產品導入過程，提供技術支持和生產可行性評估。
