WMS QE (Quality Engineer)

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and regression testing.
• Validate end-to-end workflows across Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), Order Management Systems (OMS), and Point of Sale (POS) platforms.
• Test warehouse processes including order fulfillment, inventory management, picking, packing, shipping, and returns.
• Perform functional, integration, regression, and end-to-end testing.
• Identify, document, track, and troubleshoot defects throughout the testing lifecycle.
• Validate data flow and system integrations between WMS, OMS, POS, and other connected applications.
• Collaborate with business analysts, developers, product teams, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and test scenarios.
• Prepare test scenarios, test cases, test data, and execution reports.
• Support defect triage and ensure issues are resolved and retested within defined timelines.
• Ensure overall application quality and business process accuracy across warehouse operations.

Required Skills:

• 4–8 years of experience in Quality Engineering / Software Testing.
• Strong experience in WMS testing and warehouse management processes.
• Hands-on experience with SIT, UAT, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing.
• Good understanding of WMS, OMS, and POS systems and their integrations.
• Strong experience in test case design, execution, defect management, and reporting.
• Good understanding of order management, inventory, fulfillment, and logistics workflows.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments is preferred.
