Pub Overview

Community Pub with Plenty of Potential!

The Wishing Well is a community local situated within Cherry Willingham. The pub sits within a shopping precinct, close to other amenities and a public car park.

The pub is a two room operation that allows for both drinkers and diners to be catered to comfortably. The drinker's side boasts big screen TVs to showcase the latest sporting games, while the dining area can cater to circa 60 covers.

The pub would suit a traditional home cooked food menu.

Experienced Local Operator Wanted

Are you a local operator who has experience running a similar pub? You will have prior experience with food and have the ability to engage with your customers through your friendly manner and social media marketing. As passion for cask ales would also be beneficial.

Trading Area & Facilities

The pub is a two room operation, which has a clear split in trade between community local and dining area. It was refurbished within the past couple of years and is still in brilliant condition, with a bright and fresh interior that still retains traditional charm.

There is a small patio to the front of the pub, with plenty of car parking nearby due to the pub's location in a shopping precinct.
