Location & Work Setup:

Based in the New York region.
Remote within the area, or report to the local office if near Manhattan or West Henrietta.
Hybrid schedule with Monday and Friday work-from-home, and Tuesday through Thursday in office.
Travel up to 20% for team and client meetings.
Eligible expense items may include internet for fully remote roles, mileage for business travel, and cell phone if used for business with approved software.

Top Skills:

Project delivery experience with customer-facing interaction.
Financial reviews and budget management.
Data analysis and strong Excel skills.
Understanding of wireless carriers and networks.
Experience supporting major carriers such as Telecommunication and Telecommunication, with another carrier experience acceptable.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
PMP certification preferred.
Three to five years of wireless project management experience, or three to five years of project management experience in another industry.
Experience managing project budgets, forecasts, and related financials.
Customer-facing project management experience.
Advanced Excel skills working with large datasets and organizing data.

Additional Skills:

Advanced knowledge of telecommunications and wireless project management.
Experience in asset management, tower maintenance, and property management.
Knowledge of public and private right-of-way deployment, permitting, and regulatory processes.
Ability to diagnose workflow issues, manage critical paths, and implement solutions.
Ability to read financial metrics and address financial issues.
Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving approach.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to manage and process multiple data streams.
Knowledge of construction services including telco, power, fiber, basic construction, vendor equipment requirements, and antennas.

Responsibilities:

Manage assigned projects from start to finish, including budgeting and scheduling.
Coordinate cross-functional teams and all project deliverables.
Ensure projects meet contract requirements, timelines, and company policies.
Proactively identify and communicate schedule and budget risks to leadership and customers.
Create and maintain accurate project plans and budgets, and oversee close-out with all required documentation.
Lead internal and external deployment meetings and adjust plans to keep timelines on track.
Attend customer meetings to provide status updates and resolve issues.
Maintain accurate and complete project files and close-out documents to corporate and customer standards.
Keep all jobs current and accurate in the project tracking system.
