Job Summary:Â This role is responsible for meticulously processing domestic and international wire transfers, ensuring accuracy and adherence to strict deadlines. You will play a crucial part in maintaining the integrity of financial transactions by verifying information and authenticating requests. This position requires a keen eye for detail and a commitment to exceptional customer service within a fast-paced operational environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process outgoing domestic and international wire transfers accurately.
- Verify and authenticate incoming and outgoing wire transfer details.
- Repair incoming USD payment discrepancies.
- Review and manage risk queues for overdraft and status codes.
- Escalate suspicious transactions for supervisory review.
Must-Have Skills:
- High School Diploma
- 6+ months of wire processing experience
- Understanding of banking systems
This role requires experience within the banking or financial services industry, with a focus on payment operations.
