Housekeeper

Job description:

We are looking for someone that will help to create and maintain a welcoming environment for Big Meadows residents and guests by ensuring that resident rooms and common areas are clean, safe, well-maintained and attractive.

Essential Functions

• Interacts and engages with residents while in their rooms and throughout the community.
• Cleans resident rooms and all common areas according to schedule or as directed.
• Removes and disposes of resident and community trash.
• Replenishes supplies in resident rooms, work spaces, and common areas as needed.
• Notifies appropriate management of any hazardous issues, change in resident status, and other situations that would warrant attention.
• Completes all mandatory compliance, HIPAA and state and federal regulatory training as required.
• Maintains appropriate degree of confidentiality.
