3rd Shift Maintenance Assistant

Job description:

Maintenance assistant would be responsible for ensuring that facilities are clean and in good operating condition. Their responsibilities may include cleaning buildings and rooms, and performing general maintenance and repair of the building, grounds, and equipment.

Responsibilities and Duties

Janitor Duties:

Sweep

Mop

Vacuum floors

Wash windows

Wax/polish floors

Shampoo carpets

Maintenance Duties:

Minor Electrical

Minor HVAC

Minor plumbing

Painting

Snow removal

A Valid driver’s license with a good driving record will be required.
