Key Responsibilities

• Manage advanced Active Directory environments, including GPOs, domain and forest build/upgrade, RODC, Server Core, site topology, domains and trusts, LDAP integration, security delegation, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, schema updates, and certificate trust.
• Add and remove domain controllers as required.
• Manage and monitor Active Directory replication.
• Ensure proper assignment and configuration of Operations Master roles.
• Perform regular backups of the Active Directory database.
• Configure forest-wide Lightweight Directory Access Protocol (LDAP) settings.
• Manage domain and domain controller security policies.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot Microsoft Windows servers.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot standard server hardware and firmware.
• Provide support for server backup and monitoring.
• Provide support for File, Print, and Antivirus servers.
• Coordinate with business units and regional IT teams for proposals related to technology upgrades, new implementations, services, and procurement of hardware and software.
• Participate in Windows server patch management activities.
• Manage Active Directory environments, including user management, GPOs, and domain and forest upgrades.
• Troubleshoot Windows OS internals, registry, permissions, and related system issues.
• Perform performance analysis using system performance monitoring tools.
• Troubleshoot TCP/IP networking and protocols, including DNS, ICMP, SMB, and SSL/TLS.
• Administer and manage VMware ESXi 6.5 environments.
• Administer and manage Nutanix environments.
• Administer and manage Azure and StorSimple environments.
• Administer and manage Aspera file transfer environments.
• Administer and manage Talon servers.
• Administer and manage Citrix XenApp servers.
• Administer and manage AWS servers.
• Administer and manage Citrix NetScaler/Load Balancer environments.
