Pay Range:$66/hr - $67/hour.  Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:

• Architect, configure, and maintain Windows 365 Cloud PC provisioning policies and images.
• Integrate and optimizeCitrix technologies (Citrix DaaS, Citrix Workspace, Citrix Cloud Connectors, Citrix Gateway) with Windows 365 Cloud PCs.
• Monitor and tune performance metrics across the Windows 365/Citrix stack.
• Plan and execute phased rollout strategies for onboarding users onto Windows 365/Citrix.
• Develop and document support processes for Windows 365/Citrix VDI environments.
• Conduct training sessions to elevate support team capabilities.
• Collaborate with network, security, and endpoint management teams for secure deployments.
• Evaluate new Windows 365 and Citrix features and recommend adoption strategies.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience: 

• 7+ years of experience in end-user computing, virtual desktop infrastructure (VDI), or cloud PC engineering roles.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Windows 365 Cloud PC provisioning and optimization.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience withCitrix DaaS/Virtual Apps and Desktops, Citrix Workspace, and Citrix Cloud administration.
• Proven track record leading large-scale VDI/Cloud PC rollouts.
• Experience developing support documentation and escalation frameworks.
• Familiarity with performance monitoring tools (e.g., Citrix Director, Microsoft Intune analytics).
• Microsoft Certified: Windows 365 Administrator Associate or equivalent certification.
• Citrix Certified Professional – Virtualization (CCP-V) or higher.
• Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate or Azure Virtual Desktop Specialty certification.
