About the Role

The Range & Product Manager, Food Preservation,is responsible for managing and optimizing the product portfolio throughout its entire lifecycle, from product creation and launch through growth, optimization, and phase-out.

Acting as a key link between suppliers, Sourcing, R&D, Logistics, Product Line, and Commercial teams, this role ensures market needs, consumer insights, and business priorities are reflected in product and range decisions. 

Combining strong commercial acumen, product expertise, and cross-functional leadership, the Range & Product Manager drives successful product launches, portfolio performance, lifecycle management, and profitable business growth.

What You'll Do:

• Own and optimize the product portfolio throughout its lifecycle, from product development and market launch to phase-out, ensuring strong commercial performance and alignment with category strategy.

• Support product development projects and lead launch readiness activities, working closely with cross-functional teams to successfully bring new products to market.

• Act as the central coordination point between Product Line, Commercial Areas, R&D, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Marketing, Sourcing, and external suppliers to ensure successful product delivery and lifecycle management.

• Monitor portfolio performance, market trends, competitor activity, and consumer insights to support portfolio decisions and category growth.

• Collaborate with suppliers and operational teams to manage product changes, availability, product transitions, and potential business risks.
• Maintain accurate product information and drive continuous improvements in portfolio management, processes, and data quality.

• Partner with Product Marketing and Commercial teams, providing product expertise, launch support, and recommendations on portfolio and product-related decisions.

Who you are:

• Experience managing products throughout their lifecycle, from concept and development to launch and phase-out.

• Strong project and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple functions, priorities and timelines.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-changing environment and make sound decisions under pressure.

• Naturally curious, with a strong interest in products, consumers, market trends and business performance.

• Commercial mindset with an understanding of portfolio management, pricing and profitability drivers.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate insights into actions.

• Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively across a matrix organization.

Where you’ll be:

You will be based in our administrative office located in Świdnica (manufacturing plant).
