Your Responsibilities

• Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den Produktions-Teams der FBA 8 zur Steigerung der Anlagenverfügbarkeit, Prozessstabilität und Produktqualität
• Aktive Unterstützung im Tagesgeschäft der Produktion
• Mitwirkung bei der Analyse von Produktions- und Instandhaltungsdaten (z. B. Störgründe, Anlagenzustände, Prozessparameter) und Ableitung von Verbesserungsmaßnahmen
• Verantwortungsvolle Mitarbeit in Verbesserungsprojekten
• Einblicke in alle Hauptbereiche der Feuerbeschichtung:
  • Schmelztauchprozess (Zink/Zinklegierungen)
  • Glühstrecke / Wärmebehandlung
  • Oberflächenprüfung & Qualitätsprozesse
  • Produktionslogistik (Coils, Handling, Transport, Planung)

Your Profile

• Du studierst erfolgreich Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Maschinenbau, Elektrotechnik, Produktionsmanagement oder eine vergleichbare technische Fachrichtung
• Sehr hohes Interesse an produktionsnahen Tätigkeiten, technischen Prozessen und dem Anlagenbetrieb
• Ausgeprägtes analytisches Denken, Organisationstalent und Fähigkeit, technische sowie wirtschaftliche Zusammenhänge zu verbinden
• Du trittst sicher auf, kannst dich durchsetzen und kommunizierst klar – sowohl mit Ingenieur:innen als auch mit Mitarbeitenden im Schichtbetrieb
• Teamfähigkeit, Flexibilität und Belastbarkeit – besonders in einem dynamischen Produktionsumfeld
• Gute Kenntnisse in MS Office
• Begeisterung für unsere Prozesse
