About the Role

We are seeking a customer-focused candidate to join ourCustomer Relationsteam. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping people, solving problems, and ensuring exceptional service throughout the customer journey.

In Customer Relations, you will be the driving force behind order execution, serving as a key point of contact from the moment an order is received until it ships. You'll work closely with customers and internal teams to ensure orders are processed accurately, issues are resolved promptly, and customer expectations are exceeded.

Key Responsibilities

• Process sales and service orders accurately and efficiently using CRM and ERP systems
• Serve as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries and order-related questions
• Identify, investigate, and resolve customer concerns and order discrepancies
• Proactively follow up with customers to ensure timely issue resolution
• Coordinate shipping logistics, including required documentation for domestic and international shipments
• Maintain accurate customer and order records within company systems
• Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Manufacturing, and Shipping teams to support customer needs
• Ensure compliance with departmental procedures and best practices
• Communicate order status updates and important information to customers in a professional and timely manner

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
• Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous customer service, customer relations, order entry, or administrative experience
• Experience working with CRM or ERP systems
• Experience supporting customers in a manufacturing, industrial, or distribution environment
• Clerical or office administration experience
