Responsilibilties:- Assist in monitoring and maintaining facility equipment and systems (e.g., HVAC, lighting, water, air compressors)- Support preventive maintenance schedules and record-keeping- Participate in workplace safety checks and environmental compliance tasksSupport energy-saving and sustainability initiatives- Prepare reports and documentation as required by the facilities team- Perform other duties as assigned by the Facilities ManagerQualifications:- Studying in major in Mechanical, Electrical, HVAC or other engineering bachelor degree or above, with major in Mechanical, Electrical, HVAC or other engineering- Good communication and willing to learn, ability to work under pressure and work with careful- Good ability in English, base in Tianjin is preferred
