WebSphere Support Engineer – Hyderabad
- Experience: 2.5–3+ Years
- Location: Gachibowli, Hyderabad
- Skills: WebSphere Application Server (WAS), IBM HTTP Server (Client)
- Experience: 2+ years hands-on WAS & Client support
- Must Have: L1 Production Support, DR Drills, Incident Management, CR/Change/Release Management
- Knowledge: Unix/Linux, Windows, Oracle/MySQL, RDBMS, IT Infrastructure & Backups
- Responsibilities: Daily health checks, troubleshooting, monitoring and production support
- Shift: Rotational shifts, including night shifts & holidays
