- Strong experienceleading end-to-end CMS implementations or rebuilds
- Proven ability tomanage external development vendors
- Own delivery: timelines, sprint planning, backlog, QA, UAT, and final go-live
- Ability toreview deliverables, enforce quality, and keep vendors accountable
2. Hands-on Web Technical Expertise (Code Review + Debugging)
- Strong working knowledge of:
- HTML, CSS, JavaScript
- Backend exposure (PHP preferred)
- Must be able to:
- Read, review, and debug vendor code
- Handlelight development tasks (bug fixes, configs)
- Experience with at least one CMS:
- WordPress / Drupal / Kentico (nice to have)
3. AWS-Based Web Platform Experience
- Practical experience with:
- AWS-hosted websites
- Hosting architecture, deployment pipelines
- CDN, caching, performance optimization
- Security best practices
- Ability tocoordinate deployments, staging, and production releases
