Position Title:Software Test Analyst
Duration: 12+ Months
ONSITE/Hybrid

Job Description:

Lead QA strategy and best practices for enterprise applications (Payments, CRM).
Mentor junior QA engineers and provide technical guidance.
Design and implement automation frameworks usingPlaywright (Python) andPytest.
Automate REST API testing usingREST Assured.
Execute performance and load tests usingLocust,JMeter, orLoadRunner.
Validate data integrity across systems usingSQL (joins, multi-table queries, CTE).
Maintain and enhance legacy test scripts inUFT/VBScript.
Integrate automated tests intoAzure DevOps CI/CD pipelines.
Collaborate with developers, architects, and product owners in Agile teams.
Performsecurity and compliance testing (PCI DSS, GDPR, HIPPA) for enterprise systems.
Ensure accessibility and usability compliance for applications.
Conduct Manual and automated accessibility evaluations.
Manage test cases and reporting usingAzure Test Plans or similar tools.
Create and maintain test documentation (BRD, FRD, SRS, RTM).
Oversee test environment setup and test data management.

Qualifications

8+ years of experience in software testing, including automation and performance testing.
Strong experience withPlaywright (Python) andPytest.
API automation usingREST Assured.
Proficiency inSQL for data validation.
Hands-on experience withDynamics 365 functional testing.
Performance testing tools:Locust,JMeter, orLoadRunner.
Familiarity withGit,Allure, andAzure DevOps pipelines.
Experience withtest data management and environment configuration.
Knowledge ofsecurity standards (PCI, GDPR) and accessibility guidelines.
Knowledge of WCAG 2.1/2.2 guidelines
Knowledge of assistive technologies (i.e. JAWS, NVDA)
Excellent communication and leadership skills for cross-functional collaboration.

Nice to Have

Certifications:Dynamics 365,Python,SQL,Agile.
Knowledge ofC#/.NET/Java.
Exposure toDocker/Kubernetes and containerized environments.
Experience withAzure Test Plans or similar test management tools.
Familiarity withSAFe or other scaled Agile frameworks.
