We are Hiring: Beauty Therapist at Hazendal Wine Estate

Our estate spa is looking for a skilled, customer-focused Beauty Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate is passionate about beauty and wellness and has experience providing a range of treatments in a welcoming, hygienic environment. 

This is a 4 months seasonal contract( hourly-paid position), with the rate depending on the successful candidate’s skills and qualifications. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Provide beauty treatments, including: 

• Facials and skin treatments 

• Hair removal, such as waxing and threading 

• Manicures and pedicures 

• Massages 

• Eyebrow and eyelash treatments 

• Basic hairstyling or hair treatments, where applicable 

• Hammam treatments 

• Razul treatment  

• Consult with clients to understand their needs and recommend suitable treatments. 

• Keep treatment rooms, tools and workstations clean and hygienic. 

• Follow health and safety requirements. 

• Recommend products and additional services where appropriate. 

• Keep up to date with beauty industry trends, techniques and products. 

• Maintain accurate treatment records and client preferences. 

• Build positive client relationships and encourage repeat visits through excellent service. 

Requirements 

• Proven experience as a Beauty Therapist or in a similar role. 

• A relevant qualification or certification in beauty therapy or cosmetology. 

• Good knowledge of skin and body care treatments. 

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills. 

• A professional, friendly and customer-focused approach. 

• High standards of hygiene and cleanliness. 

• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays, as required. 

Preferred Skills 

• Knowledge of holistic therapies, such as aromatherapy or reflexology. 

• Experience selling beauty products. 

• Additional language skills.
