Are you someone who can:

• Analyze, design, code, test, and implement complex enhancements and new modules in RPG (ILE / Free-Format)
• Maintain, troubleshoot, and improve existing applications on the IBM i-platform
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Business Analysts, QA, Infrastructure) to gather and understand system requirements
• Mentor developers and provide technical leadership
• Document technical specifications and system changes
• Support users and resolve production issues in a timely manner
• Contribute to modernization initiatives including web services (REST/SOAP), APIs, and integration with modern platforms

You will be an ideal candidate if you have:

• 7+ years of RPG development on IBM i
• Strong knowledge of RPG IV, RPGLE, Free-Format RPG, and DDS
• Proficient with DB2 for i and SQL on the IBM i platform
• Solid understanding of the IBM i operating system and architecture
• Experience with the software development life cycle (SDLC) and Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Familiarity with source-control / change-management tools (e.g. ARCAD)
• Experience using VS Code
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently
