Job Description:

SAP SuccessFactors EC Time Off Consultant 

Key Responsibilities 

• ConfigureTime Off framework (time types, time accounts, accruals) 

• Implement country-specific leave policies and workflows 

• Work with integration teams (EC → Payroll / 3rd party systems) 

• Support testing, validation, and defect resolution 

• Provide functional documentation and user training 

Requirements 

• 8+ years experience in SuccessFactors with focus onEC Time Off 

• Certified inSAP SuccessFactors EC / Time Management 

• Strong configuration skills and experience in global implementations 

• Ability to work independently and engage stakeholders
