| Wholesale Banking Operations Department focuses on the operational activities of corporate products viz. Current Accounts, CMS, Trade & Forex, etc.. It also focuses on onboarding of customers, portfolio management and services of the corporate customers. | |||||

| As a part of the wholesale banking operations team, Customer Service Managers (BPC) are responsible for providing over-the-counter service to fulfill the needs of existing as well as potential CMS customers. CSM (BPC) are required to handle service requests, process transactions efficiently and within the stipulated time.���������������������������������������������������������������������������������������� | |||||
| Key Responsibilities | |||||
� Ensure service delivery to CMS customers within the stipulated timelines � Generate income from CMS customers � Process error-free CMS transactions � Cross-sell digital solution to customers viz. Paypro/Power Access/CIB � Reconcile all CMS Pool a/c within the defined time � Resolve customer complaints within the stipulated timelines | |||||

Optimal qualification for success on the job is: � Graduate in any Discipline � MBA/PGDBM will be preferred
