Warranty Cancellation Specialist

Our warranty cancellation specialists are responsible for verifying cancellation forms for accuracy and signatures, processing cancellations and refunds for warranties and aftermarket policies purchased by our customers within our dealerships, among other tasks. They work closely with dealership personnel for contract corrections.

• Process cancellations and refunds for warranties and aftermarket policies purchased by customers

• Verify cancellation forms are accurate and completely filled out

• Ensure accuracy of required signatures from customer and dealership and appropriate refund selection

• Review and correct accounting schedules for dealerships

• Communicate with dealership personnel for contract corrections

• Prior automotive accounting experience is preferred

• A valid driver’s license with an acceptable motor vehicle record is required

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

Position requires occasional walking and standing with light (1-10 lbs.) carrying, lifting, pushing or pulling.  The position is a mostly sedentary and requires the employee to have close visual acuity to perform job requirements.  The position requires frequent talking, hearing and repetitive motion with the hands, wrists and/or fingers.   This position is located within an office environment and is not substantially exposed to adverse environmental conditions.
