***Understanding stock organization, counting, and tracking
***Experience with barcode scanners or warehouse management systems (WMS) is a plus
3. PHYSICAL STAMINA & MATERIAL HANDLING
***Ability to lift, carry, and move goods safely (often 25?50+ lbs)
***Comfortable standing, walking, and performing repetitive tasks for long periods
4. HIGH ATTENTION TO DETAIL
***Picking and packing the correct items accurately

JOB SUMMARY: National Oilwell Varco is seeking a reliable Warehouser for a temporary assignment at our Cedar Park, Texas facility. The role involves handling inbound and outbound materials, maintaining accurate inventory, and supporting shipping and receiving operations while adhering to safety and quality standards in a fast‐paced manufacturing environment. Work is performed on-site and reports to a manager.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Receive, inspect, and store incoming materials, verifying part numbers and documentation.
- Pick, pack, shrink‐wrap, box, label, and stage finished products for loading.
- Load and unload trucks using forklifts, hand trucks, cranes, and hoists.
- Move materials to designated storage locations and keep aisles and bins organized.
- Generate, distribute, and reconcile picking lists for accurate material selection.
- Assist with physical inventory counts and post receipts/disbursements in the system.
- Verify and store materials from manufacturing and receiving inspection.
- Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe warehouse, reporting equipment issues promptly.
- Operate warehouse machinery safely, following all safety procedures and PPE requirements.
- Support Shipping and Receiving teams as needed.
- Perform other work-related tasks as required and assigned.
- Comply with all Company and HSE procedures and policies.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Forklift certification and experience operating material‐handling equipment (preferred).
- Basic math skills and ability to read part numbers, labels, and shipping documents.
- Experience with packaging, shrink‐wrapping, boxing, and labeling finished goods.
- Ability to lift and move items up to 40 lb (heavier items with equipment).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in inventory tracking.
- Knowledge of safety procedures and commitment to a safe work environment.
- Basic computer skills for inventory systems and picking list management.
- Reliability, punctuality, and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Clear communication skills and willingness to follow instructions.
