Job Title: Warehouseman – 3AC Project
Pay Rate: $16.50/hour
Schedule:Monday – Friday, 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM
Openings: 2 Positions
Location: Statesville, NC

Position Overview:
We are hiring Warehouseman associates for a special 3AC Project. This role involves hands-on warehouse and light production work, including product handling, basic machine operation, and physical tasks throughout the shift. Ideal candidates are dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable with repetitive movement and manual labor.

Key Responsibilities:
• Stoop, bend, and move continuously throughout the shift
• Peel and prepare product as required for processing or shipment
• Lift, move, and handle materials up to 50 lbs
• Assist with basic machine operation and production tasks
• Maintain steady workflow to meet daily production goals
• Keep work area clean, organized, and safe
• Follow all company safety and operational procedures

Requirements:
• Ability to perform physical work including bending, stooping, and lifting consistently
• Comfortable with repetitive tasks in a warehouse/production setting
• Basic mechanical aptitude (for simple machine work)
• Reliable transportation (required for consistent attendance)
• Strong work ethic and ability to follow instructions

Preferred Qualifications:
• Previous warehouse or production experience
• Experience working around or operating basic machinery
• Experience in fast-paced, labor-intensive environments
