As a Warehouse Supervisor, you will lead teams hands-on, gain experience across multiple warehouse operations and develop the skills to take your career further. Hours:Sunday - Thursday, 7 PM to 3:30 AM.

Position Responsibilities

• Develop your leadership skills and warehouse knowledge through an 18-month rotational program across inbound, outbound and warehouse support teams.
• Coach and develop warehouse teams, working alongside employees to drive accuracy, safety and productivity.
• Build your operational expertise and earn warehouse equipment certifications.

Minimum Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor’s degreepreferred.
• 3+ years of leadership experience managing teams in a fast-paced warehouse management environment.
• Frequently move packages weighing up to 50 – 70 lbs.
• Forklift certification and reach truck driving experiencepreferred.
