In addition to daily fulfillment—pulling child parts, executing transactions in Syspro, scanning with Toyota software, and packing returnable totes. You will serve as a key contributor to operational maturity. You will identify workflow bottlenecks, help draft and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Work Instructions (WIs).
Shift: Full-time, Monday through Friday, 5:30 AM – 2:00 PM PST (must have flexibility to support overtime or adjusted hours during peak season demands).

What you’ll be doing
Order Fulfillment & Material Handling
- Pull and kit child parts and commercial components with high accuracy according to daily schedule.
- Pack orders into designated returnable totes following strict North American Manufacturing Company (NAMC) guidelines and packaging standards.
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently, including strapping machine, forklifts, and electric/manual pallet jacks.
- Support incoming receiving and staging, trailer loading/unloading, and freight inspection for damages or discrepancies.
Systems, Scanning & Inventory Control
- Execute real-time inventory movements, receipts, transfers, and adjustments in our internal system (Syspro).
- Utilize Toyota-based applications and barcoding systems to track parts, confirm picks, and verify tote assignments.
- Monitor stock thresholds and run routine cycles counts to maintain 100% inventory accuracy.
- Identify, isolate, and log non-conforming or damaged parts appropriately.
Process Improvement, Documentation & Training
- Evaluate current fulfillment, staging, and storage workflows to identify inefficiencies, safety risks, or quality bottlenecks.
- Review and update of SOPs, Work Instructions, and visual job aids for warehouse tasks.
- Continuous improvement to maintain optimal warehouse flow and floor layout.
Â
What you will bring
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Minimum 3–5 years of progressive warehouse, inventory control, or shipping/receiving experience, ideally in an automotive, manufacturing, or motorsports environment.
- Prior experience with warehouse management systems; experience with Syspro and Toyota software is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to produce clear, concise, and effective documentation.
- Solid working knowledge of warehouse organization.
- Ability to achieve internal certification upon hire covering sit-down forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Professional Expectations & Culture
- Standardized Work & Safety: Strict adherence to uniform policy, PPE standards (safety-toe shoes required), and safety protocols at all times.
- Professional Focus: Warehouse operations require active focus and situational awareness around moving machinery; personal mobile device usage is restricted to scheduled breaks and lunch.
- Leadership & Accountability: Takes personal ownership of quality, quota targets, and inventory integrity while demonstrating a supportive, coaching mindset toward teammates.
