Warehouse Manager

CO-Energy, a Connell Oil Inc company, is a leading distributor and retailer of fuels, lubricants and other related products.  We serve agricultural, commercial and many professional customers across southern Idaho and the greater Pacific Northwest.  In 2027, we will celebrate 40 years of growth and exceeding customer expectations every day.

Our Burley Idaho branch has an immediate opening for a Warehouse Manager position.  The work site is located at210 E 27th Streetin Burley.

This is a full-time position with a normal work schedule of Monday - Friday 6:00 am to 3:00 pm.  Additional overtime hours can be expected during times of high-volume sales and delivery activity (March - October) in order to meet customer needs.

The Warehouse Manager will be responsible for these essential duties and tasks:

• Manage the physical inventory cycle of the full line of products sold by the company which includes:
  • Regular and accurate inventory counts;
  • Receiving, storage, transfer and shipping of overall product inventory;
  • Order products to maintain appropriate inventory levels;
    
• Maintain warehouse in a clean, organized and orderly fashion;
• Create and process customer sales orders;
• Prepare and stage outgoing orders;
• Daily, weekly and monthly recordkeeping/reconciliation;
• Load/unload trucks; handle materials by operating forklifts and other equipment;
• Greet customers in-person and over the phone; 

RequiredQualifications:

• Two (2) or more years of warehouse and inventory management experience;
  
• Possess excellent customer service skills;
• Ability to read and understand detailed product and customer information;
• Ability to use a computer and applicable software needed to track inventory, manage customer orders and communicate with customers and co-workers;
• Posses a clean driving record

Desired Qualifications:

• Experience working in the fuel, oil and lubricant industry; 
• Ability to speak, read and write in Spanish

Compensation:

• Hourly pay rate: $27 - $30 depending on experience;
• Annual wage adjustments and performance bonus;
• Paid Time Off (PTO): earn 16 days each year;

Physical Environment:

• Warehouse setting which includes working indoor and outdoor in all types of weather;
