WHAT WE'RE BUILDING
71% of our planet is covered by water. We want everyone to make the most of it.
At Seakeeper, we use advanced technology to solve boating's biggest challenge: motion. From our industry-leading gyrostabilizers that eliminate boat roll to Seakeeper Ride's real-time vessel attitude control system, our products are transforming how people experience life on the water. Our mission is to create products that transform the boating experience while building an organization that employees want to work for, customers want to buy from, and vendors want to partner with. We're ambitious, fast-moving, and constantly looking for better ways to serve our customers and each other.
WHY YOU'LL LOVE THIS ROLE
This is a hands-on leadership role at the center of how materials move through our Leesport manufacturing operation. You'll shape the systems, standards, and team that keep production supplied, inventory accurate, and spare-parts orders moving, with real ownership to improve warehouse flow and performance across the facility.
HOW WE WORK
At Seakeeper, we're looking for people who are excited to build, learn, and make an impact. We want people who are looking for more than just a job. You'll thrive here if you:
- See challenges as opportunities to grow.
- Take ownership and act with accountability.
- Value direct, honest communication and actively seek feedback.
- Build trust through transparency, consistency, and follow-through.
- Believe great ideas can come from anywhere and that teamwork drives the best outcomes.
- Lead with integrity, respect, and a commitment to doing what's right.
- Want to be part of a company that is continuously innovating, evolving, and raising the bar for itself and the industry.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Every day looks a little different and we aren’t going to bore you with every little thing you’ll be responsible for on a daily basis (we will get into that throughout the interview process!) But here is a taste of the things you’ll spend most of your time and energy on.
- Lead receiving, storage, internal distribution, and order fulfillment across the Leesport facility so materials arrive where they are needed, accurately and on time.
- Own inventory accuracy through disciplined cycle counting, reconciliation, discrepancy resolution, and material transactions.
- Design and improve warehouse layout, capacity, material flow, and asset-control practices to reduce handling, congestion, and waste.
- Create clear standard work and drive continuous improvement across receiving, storage, distribution, inventory, and shipping processes.
- Build, coach, and develop an agile warehouse team that can support changing business needs across work areas and shifts.
- Ensure NetSuite transactions, shipping and receiving records, labels, packing slips, and supporting documentation are accurate, timely, and traceable.
- Lead spare-parts operations, including receiving, storage, assembly coordination, packing, shipping, and issue resolution.
- Partner across Operations, Manufacturing, Procurement, Planning, Quality, Finance, Field Engineering, Service, and Sales to improve material readiness and visibility.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
Education
- Bachelor’s degree is highly preferred; however, 10+ years of relevant warehouse and supply chain experience could be considered in lieu of a degree
Experience
- 5+ years of production or warehouse management experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Hands-on expertise in inventory control, order reconciliation, receiving, material flow, and warehouse operations.
- Demonstrated people leadership, including staffing, coaching, cross-training, accountability, and change leadership.
- Experience leading projects and using lean or continuous-improvement methods to reduce errors, lead time, excess movement, and process variation.
- Strong root-cause analysis, organization, judgment, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Programs, Platforms & Technical Skills
- Hands-on experience with ERP and warehouse-management systems; NetSuite experience is preferred.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and the ability to interpret operational and inventory data.
- Comfort working with barcode scanners, label printers, shipping and receiving documentation systems, and standard warehouse material-handling equipment.
Certifications and Licenses
- CSCP or a related supply-chain certification is a plus but not required.
Physical Abilities (with or without accommodation)
- Frequently lift up to 50 pounds and perform standing, walking, kneeling, twisting, driving, writing, talking, sitting, bending, climbing ladders or steps, turning, stooping, balancing, carrying, and grasping.
- Work regularly in an active manufacturing and warehouse environment while using required PPE.

You'll lead the Spare Parts Supervisor, warehouse clerks, and material handlers, and work closely with Manufacturing and Production, Planning and Procurement, Quality, Finance, Field Engineering, Service, Sales, and People & Culture. You'll also coordinate with freight and parcel carriers, third-party logistics providers, and suppliers that support inbound, outbound, and spare-parts material flow.
