Yokozuna is an Asian restaurant and sushi bar located in Downtown Tulsa and South Tulsa. From sushi to Asian fusion dishes and a vibrant entree menu, Yoko offers something for everyone. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome guests with a friendly, welcoming attitude.
• Provide menus, take orders, and offer recommendations based on guests' preferences.
• Serve food and beverages in a timely and professional manner.
• Ensure that the dining area is clean, organized, and fully stocked.
• Maintain a thorough knowledge of the menu, including specials and wine pairings.
• Address and resolve guest concerns with professionalism and courtesy.
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure orders are accurate and efficiently prepared.
• Handle payments, provide accurate change, and process credit card transactions.

Qualifications

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a serving or hospitality role is preferred but not required.
• Passion for providing excellent customer service and creating a positive dining experience.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Must be of legal age to serve alcohol and provide ABLE license, proof of alcohol safety training, and a THD Food Handler.
