WHAT YOU’LL DO

Welcome customers, listen to their concerns, and accurately document service needs

Schedule appointments, manage customer flow, and maintain strong customer relationships

Prepare repair orders, estimates, and obtain customer approvals

Explain recommended maintenance and repairs clearly and professionally

Communicate vehicle status, recommendations, and completion times throughout the repair process

Review completed services with customers and ensure repair orders are properly documented and closed

Maintain strong customer satisfaction while following dealership, manufacturer, and safety guidelines

Qualifications

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

Strong customer service and communication skills

Automotive or dealership experience preferred, but not required

Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities

Comfortable discussing vehicle maintenance and repair recommendations

Professional attitude, strong computer skills

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
